About Morgan Craven

Morgan Craven is a consultant with Manatt Health, an interdisciplinary policy and business advisory practice, where she provides strategic advice and research on health reform and transformation initiatives for state Medicaid programs. Most recently, her work has drastically shifted from advising state governments on Medicaid transformation policy to advising on COVID-19, as a part of the firm's COVID-19 task force. Prior to joining Manatt, Morgan worked for an insurance brokerage company, where she designed managed care medical plans and consulted clients on legal compliance and issues related to the Affordable Care Act, ERISA and Medicare. Morgan also served as an intern to President George W. Bush.
