Ellis, PharmD, MBA, CDECS, is the Assistant Dean for Strategic Partnerships & Innovation at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy and Director for Practice Innovation within the Tennessee Population Health Consortium. Her career spans community practice, entrepreneurship, preventive medicine, and large‑scale population health initiatives, including chronic care management, diabetes prevention, and remote patient monitoring. She brings extensive expertise in clinical innovation and quality improvement to advance cardiovascular and primary care initiatives across Tennessee.
