Diana Zabala is a public health analyst in the Center for Health Care Quality and Outcomes at RTI International. She has experience with health care policy analysis and implementation, scientific reading and writing, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and composition of reports and memos for technical and non-technical audiences.
